Bookings from 1 July 2026, Lifestyle Communities Homeowners can enjoy up to four stays each year, with one stay available per calendar quarter.
Bookings will be made available in the month prior to each new quarter beginning. For example, bookings for July to September quarter will open in June.

- Check-in Thursday, check-out Monday
- Self-service check-in and check-out available, so you can arrive later or head off early if you need
- A cleaning fee applies and will be direct debited in your next fortnightly rental run:
- 1 bedroom villa: $120
- 2 bedroom villa: $180
Motorhomes
- 5 night bookings available
- Pick up 11am Thursday, return 11am Tuesday
- A cleaning fee of $250 applies and will be direct debited in your next fortnightly rental run
Caravan sites
- Powered sites with access to shared Club Lifestyle amenities
- Stay up to 10 nights per booking
- Book as often as you like
